江湾船厂船舶建造工艺现状及改进-船体工程论文

  摘  要

 科学技术的进步推动了造船模式的变革与发展，即由以系统为导向的传统造船模式发展到以产品为导向的现代造船模式，船舶建造工艺也随之发生了巨大的变革。由传统落后的整体散装建造工艺到分段建造壳舾涂一体化的先进工艺。本文就马鞍山江湾船舶制造有限公司船舶建造工艺的现状作了全面的研究，对船体放样、构件加工、船体装配等工艺过程中存在的问题及缺陷作了详细的叙述，并结合现代造船模式，针对这些问题及缺陷提出了相应的改进措施，以提高船舶建造的精度，加快进度，努力发展现代化造船模式。

 Abstract
