摘  要
    本文是在企业委托的咨询项目的基础上，对国内汽车机油泵的行业前景进行分析，并为企业是否进入该业务提供决策支持。在进行外部调研之前，首先通过企业内部调研了解到的企业在评价汽车机油泵的行业前景时，最关心的是该行业是否具有市场吸引力和企业能否进入该行业。简单的介绍了机油泵的设计，现在的发展情况。通过对原有的基础上进行改进，并解决点一些存在的缺陷。对还未能解决的缺陷也提出了一些尽量避免的方法，减少损失的程度。对于本文所介绍的一些问题及看法。希望大家多多提出意见和改进之出。高速、安全、环保、舒适是现代汽车的发展方向，汽车机油泵的是不可少的配置。本文介绍了4105系列的机油泵的设计。机油泵是内燃机的润滑油泵，它的作用是使机油压力升高并保持一定的油压，向各摩擦表面强制供油，使内燃机得到可靠的润滑。机油泵是汽车发动机的关键部件，其性能的好坏直接影响发动机的性能。机油泵是柴油机燃油系统中的重要组成部分，是柴油机润滑系统的心脏，直接影响着柴油机的整机性能，尤其是柴油机的使用寿命和节能效果。转子式机油泵以其结构紧凑，供油效率高，成本低廉的优点，在中小功率内燃机上获得广泛的应用。

Abstract

This paper introduces the 4105 Series Pump design. Pump is the engine lubricating oil pump, it is the role of oil and increased pressure to maintain a certain hydraulic, forced to the surface friction of oil supply, reliable engine lubrication. Pump is the key engine parts, its performance has a direct impact on the engine performance. Pump Diesel fuel system is an important component part of the diesel engine lubrication system of the heart, a direct impact on the overall performance of diesel engines, especially diesel engine service life and energy saving effect. The rotor oil pump with a compact, fuel efficient, low-cost advantages, Engine power in the small gain wider application.
