拉丝张臂式汽车自动窗帘传动设计

摘     要
 目前汽车被用为做野外住宿用的工具的需求性愈来愈高，而汽车使用人为求车内活动的隐密空间，会在车内的各玻璃窗上加装汽车窗帘，用以将车外对车内的视线作一隔离，使在车内可做睡眠或更换衣物等动作。而要使汽车窗帘的开、合动作达到方便操作，要以电动式窗帘最为符合汽车使用人的需求。
 本论文介绍了拉丝张臂式汽车自动窗帘的传动设计情况。首先叙述了选题的背景和选题的意义，作为增加行车舒适度及安全性的一个汽车内饰装备，电动窗帘因其灵活的可操控性，在中高档轿车中得到越来越多的运用。介绍了目前国内常见的电动窗帘类型以及在国内的发展前景和市场。本文着重介绍了张臂式自动窗帘的传动设计过程，作了整体装配图以及部分零件图，并对必要的结构处理做了计算，详细说明了该电动窗帘的使用过程。由于采用简单使用的滑轮、拉锁及常规形态的转臂，使得其易于制造，成本低。最后做了论文总结。

Abstract
 At present the automobile is used to do tool's demanding which the open country lodging uses to be getting higher and higher, but the automobilism artificial asks the occult space which in the vehicle moves, will install the automobile window blind on vehicle's various glass windows, with by will make the vehicle outside to vehicle's line of sight an isolation, will cause clothing movements and so on makes the sleep in Che Neike or replaces. But must make the automobile window blind to open, to gather the movement to achieve the convenience operation, must most meet the automobile commuter's demand by the electromotive type window blind.
 The present paper briefed the wiredrawing cantilever type automobile automatic window blind's transmission design situation. First narrated the selected topic background and the selected topic significance, the achievement increases the driving comfort level and in a secure automobile plays the part of the equipment, the electrically operated window blind because of its nimble may manoeuvring, obtains more and more utilization in the upscale passenger vehicle. Introduced the present domestic common electrically operated window blind type as well as in the domestic prospects for development and the market. This article introduced emphatically the cantilever type automatic window blind's transmission design process, has made the overall assembly drawing as well as the partial detail drawings, and has made the computation to essential structure processing, explained this electrically operated window blind's use process in detail. Because uses the simple use the pulley, the zip fastener and the conventional shape tumbler, causes it easy to make, the cost is low. Finally has made the paper summary.
