摘 要
 电液比例阀是阀内比例电磁铁根据输入的电压信号产生相应动作，使工作阀阀芯产生位移，阀口尺寸发生改变并以此完成与输入电压成比例的压力、流量输出的元件。阀芯位移也可以以机械、液压或电的形式进行反馈。由于电液比例阀具有形式种类多样、容易组成使用电气及计算机控制的各种电液系统、控制精度高、安装使用灵活以及抗污染能力强等多方面优点，因此应用领域日益拓宽。它的发展程度也可从一个侧面反映一个国家液压工业技术水平，因而日益受到各国工业界的重视。
 本设计的课题是电液比例阀中的一类——3DRE比例减压阀（三通电液比例减压阀）。首先针对电液比例阀这个大范围做了简要的分析，包括其特点与分类、发展阶段及其功能作用。然后再对电液比例减压阀作了进一步详细的研究设计，在各部分的结构、原理及性能参数进行详细分析的基础上，完成了功率级为二通插装阀，先导级为电液比例溢流阀的电液比例减压阀的结构设计。

 Abstract
  Electro-hydraulic proportional valve is a proportional solenoid valve input voltage signal generated according to the corresponding movements to produce a shift in the work of the spool valve, valve port size is changed and thus the completion of the input voltage proportional to the pressure and flow output of the device.Spool displacement can also be mechanical, hydraulic or electrical feedback form.As the electro-hydraulic proportional valve is of the form diversity of species, easily composed using a variety of electrical and computer-controlled electro-hydraulic system, control of high precision, installation flexibility and the ability of anti-pollution and so many advantages, so applications become increasingly broadened.Its level of development can also be a reflection of a country's level of hydraulic industrial technology, thus increasing the importance attached by the countries in the industrial sector.  This design issue is the electro-hydraulic proportional valve of a class - 3DRE proportional pressure reducing valve (3 powered hydraulic proportional valve).First, electro-hydraulic proportional valve for the large-scale analysis of a brief, including its characteristics and classification, and function of development stage.And then on the electro-hydraulic proportional valve design was further detailed study, in the  structure, principle and detailed analysis Xingneng finished based on the power of Ji as the cartridge valve, electro-hydraulic pilot stage toproportional relief valve of the electrohydraulic proportional valve's structural design.  The following is a brief section:  The first chapter introduces the background and significance of topics, and content of the study.  The second chapter describes the characteristics of electro-hydraulic proportional valve, classification most development, which is also proportional amplifier, proportional solenoid, proportional pressure valve is briefly introduced.  The third chapter for the regulator works and performance analysis.Including performance analysis, including its performance indicators and mathematical model.  Chapter IV-based design of the main contents, is a kind of electro-hydraulic proportional pressure reducing valve of the structural design.Includes a pilot valve, main valve, ring, spring, spring seat, cover and assembly drawing design.
