摘     要
 
 本论文主要介绍了螺纹滚丝机的自动料仓料道及其上下料机构的设计，通过对螺纹滚丝机的介绍，和链芯的自动料仓及上下料机构的设计，包括各个机构的计算，各方案的比较，设计出较为有效实用的设计方案，再运用现代的计算机辅助软件对设计进行运动仿真，整个过程对大学所学的机械设计各方面的知识做了一个综合的应用。
本次设计主要的要求：
1、设计出具有高效的链条芯轴滚压加工工件输送机构
2、每分钟80-120个的生产率

Abstract
 
 The paper mainly introduces the design on the automatic hopper and approach of thread cutting machine and the structure of feeding and blanking, through the introduction of the thread cutting machine, and the design of automatic hopper and the structure of feeding and blanking of chain core, including the calculation of the structure, the compare of every project, designing the available and practical project, and then the kinetic emulate of the design will be done through using the CAD software, the whole process is the overall application of the knowledge we learnt in university.

The major requirement on the design:
1.design the field rolling conveyer equipment of processed parts with high effective chain core
2.productivity 80-120/min
