强迫风冷封闭母线

摘  要

 母线是发电厂和变电所电能输送设备的重要组成部分，其性能关系到发电厂和变电所及整个电力系统的安全运行，本文首先针对风冷封闭母线热平衡初步分析，对广东岭澳核电站封闭母线做了热平衡计算，建立了热平衡方程，通过编制程序计算出风冷封闭母线表面温度计算值，找到了风冷封闭母线的温升规律，并选择适当的传感器、单片机、异步电动机、风机以及相关冷却设备将其组成强迫风冷封闭母线的温度控制系统，并运用模糊PID控制算法对整个系统进行了分析，使其达到理想的控制效果。
 本设计作为强迫风冷封闭母线的探索性研究，对将本系统应用到实际中有一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract

 The generatrix is the important component of power plants and power transmission substation equipment, Its performance relates the entire electrical power system safe operation of the power plant and the transformer substationand,This article first aims at the forced-air cooling seal generatrixthermal equilibrium preliminary analysis,which has made the heat calculation to the Guangdong range Australia nuclearpower station seal generatrix, established the thermal equilibrium equation, Calculated the forced-air cooling seal generatrix surface  temperaturepredicted value through the coding,and found the rule of the forced-air cooling seal generatrix' temperature increment, Choose suitable sensor, monolithic integrated circuit,asynchronous motor,air blower and correlation cooling equipment,They compose the force forced-air cooling seal generatrix' temperature control system,This article utilized the fuzzy PID control algorithm to carry on theanalysis to the overall system, enables it to achieve the ideal control effect.
 This design takes the exploration research of the force forced-air cooling seal generatrix, it has certain model function for practical application.
