奇异值分解法在解病态方程组时的应用

 摘要
 本文简述了奇异值分解的理论与性质，着重研究了其解算超定病态方程组的思想，提出两种不同的SVD实现方法，并对这两种方法进行了比较分析。讨论了线性方程组所代表的实际信号意义之后，对信号进行了采样，利用采样数据组成线性方程组的矩阵，在MATLAB环境下利用这两种算法对观测到的数据进行分析，选择较优方案。在对奇异值分解特性进行分析的同时，优化奇异值分解后的仿真结果。在相同的仿真条件下，应用最小二乘算法进行仿真，与奇异值分解所得到的仿真结果进行比较，得到奇异值分解在解病态方程组时更加稳定的结论，最后推荐在数据处理时使用奇异值分解法。

ABSTRACT
 This paper describes briefly the theory and character of singular value decomposition of matrix emphasizes the idea of solving the over-determined 、ill-conditioned equation series, proposes two SVD based algorithms and gives a comparison of the two projects. after discusses the signals what the equations embody, samples from the signals to form  the matrix by the data, use the MATLAB to analyzed the outputs of these algorithms for processing the observed data. And select the project which is better. selects the singular value to optimize the figure of the signals while using the singular value decomposition to analyze the data, finally, under the same conditions, I analyzed the data using the least-squares solution ,makes the conclusion that singular value decomposition is more steady than the least-squares solution, so the singular value decomposition method is recommended in data processing.
