10万吨污水处理厂初步设计
摘 要
 本设计是哈尔滨市呼兰镇污水处理厂的初步设计，主要任务是工艺流程选择及构筑物设计和计算。该处理厂处理城市污水，总规模为100000m3/d。根据设计要求、相关规范及实际情况，通过对各种污水处理工艺进行技术经济比较，本工程选用A2O法处理工艺。A2O工艺流程简单，基建投资和运行费用小，运行灵活，管理方便，且出水水质好，可进行硝化和反硝化反映，从而达到生物脱氮除磷的功能，保证出水达到污水排放标准，做到了水资源的合理利用。其主要构筑物包括中格栅、进水泵房、细格栅、平流沉砂池、A2O池、二沉池、接触消毒池、浓缩池、污泥脱水机间等。

Abstract

 This design is the Harbin Hulan Town Sewage treatment plant preliminary design, the primary mission is the technical process choice and the construction design and the computation. This treatment plant processes the urban sewage, the overall scale is 100000m3/d. According to design requirements, related standard and actual situation, through carries on the technical economy comparison to each kind of sewage treatment craft, this project selects A2O law processing craft. A2O technical process is simple, the initial cost and the operating cost are small, the movement is flexible, manages conveniently, and the water leakage water quality is good, may carry on the nitration and the denitrification reflected, thus achieves the biological denitrogenation to eliminate the phosphorus the function, guaranteed that the water leakage achieves the sewage disposal standard, has achieved the water resources reasonable use. Its main construction including the grill, the feed pump room, the thin grill, the advection sand collector, A2O pond, two sinks between the pond, the contact disinfection tank, the sludge dehydrator and soon.
