ABSTRACT
 The present invention is a method and apparatus to improve the fuel economy of internal combustion engines by inducing a magnetic field in the fuel as it flows into a carburetor or fuel injector system. A rubber fuel line, without any metal reinforce - ments, is used to convey the fuel from an inlet fitting made of steel or aluminum to an outlet fitting, again, made of steel or aluminum. A magnet is placed so that its south pole is in contact with the rubber fuel line. A rubber wrap is placed about the magnet and about the portion of the fuel line in contact with the magnet to further focus the magnetic field on the flowing fuel. The magnetic field induced in the flowing fuel ionizes the hydrocarbon fuel to increase combustion efficiency, thus, increasing fuel economy.

 本发明是一种通过在燃料中的磁场感应引导燃料流入化油器或者燃油喷射系统的方法，进而达到提高内燃机燃油经济性的装置。本装置是通过一个橡胶管将燃料从钢或者铝制的入口配件运输至同样材料制作的出口配件。将一块磁铁固定在橡胶管旁边，并使南极与橡胶管接触。将磁铁用橡胶包裹起来，并使之与燃料管路的末端接触从而进一步将磁场集中在流动的燃料上。流动燃料中产生的感应磁场将使烃类燃料发生电离，从而提高燃烧效率，即提高燃油的经济性。
