柑橘套袋机结构设计

摘     要

 本论文概述了柑橘套袋机研究的目的及意义，介绍了柑橘套袋机在国内外的发展状况和发展趋势。同时，针对柑橘套袋的流水线生产方式，结合现有的实际情况，提出了柑橘大小分选机和柑橘网袋包装机的设计。
 1.柑橘大小分选机通过对柑橘大小的差别进行筛选，每一级可以将柑橘按设定的大小标准分为两类，大于标准的装袋，小于标准的进行下一级筛选，可以将分选机进行组合，产生多级分选的目标；
 2.柑橘网袋包装机通过曲柄摇杆机构带动组合刀片做切断网袋和网袋封口的工作，通过棘轮机构带动中心轮和齿轮对网袋封口所用的铝丝进行输送，两者进行组合，实现了对切袋和封袋的自动化。
