摘   要

     煤炭质量是煤炭交易和加工应用的最主要的指标,获得可靠的测试结果必然依赖于规范的检测过程,在采、制、化三个环节中,采样过程中可能导致的偏差是最严重的,采用机械化采样设备是最有效的手段之一。

胶带煤流采样机是以电机为动力,通过减速器及带轮传递驱动力,利用大带轮上的挡杆使偏心轮重心上移的传动系统。采样机采样间隔时间通过时间继电器来调节。采样机机架设置在带式输送机机架两侧,整个传动装置均设在采样机机架上。该机器机构紧凑,制造成本低,采样准确可靠,自动化程度高,是替代人工采样的理想工具,具有广泛的推广应用价值。

ABSTRACT

      Coal quality is the most important indication of commercial and processing or application. And obtaining credible testing result should depend on conventional testing processing. Among the 3 processing of sampling, making and test, sampling may cause the most serious errors, therefore, using the sampling machine should be one of the most effective means.

The machine is the transmission system with motor as power that transmits drive through gear reducer, sprockets, and uses the rod on big sprockets that makes the focus of partial ship moving upwardly. Sampling time - interval is adjusted through time relay. Install the frame of sampling machine that coincides with the frame of belt conveyor. Entire drive device is set up on frame of sampling machine. This machine, organization is compact, manufacturing costs are low, sampling coal is accurate and reliable, and automation level is high.So it is an ideal tool of replacing artificial sampling and has extensive popularize application value.
