摘  要

随着我国煤炭、冶金矿山向大型化发展,以大型破碎站为关键设备的半连续开采工艺得到了广泛的应用。而大型破碎站的主机设备一直依赖于欧、美发达国家的产品。因此,开发高效节能新型破碎设备、替代进口、满足国内大型矿山的需要势在必行。
我国大型露天煤矿可移式破碎站始于90年代。其破碎性能仅能满足煤及较软剥离物的破碎,使用受到了限制,不能满足矿山使用要求。而本论文研究的高效锤式破碎机由于其结构上独特的优点,使得生产能力大、破碎硬度高、破碎比大、排料粒度均匀、过粉碎小。因此,该破碎机是一种发展前途广阔的高效破碎设备。
本文完成了综采工作面锤式破碎机的整机外形的布局设计,介绍了各类型破碎机的应用和工作原理,以及目前国内破碎机的现状和发展趋势,结合破碎能力及要求采用一级锥齿减速;阐述了齿轮失效的条件;液力偶合器的工作原理;煤的水分对碎破过程中的影响;煤的粒度对破碎效果的影响;破碎机械的维修。

ABSTRACT
With the development trend of Chinese coal and metal mine towards the upsizing, the half continuous mining technology featuring a large-scale crushing station as the key equipment has been used widely. Considering the main machine of the large-scale crushing station always depend on products from the developed countries such as European counties and USA, it is imperative to develop a new high-efficiency and energy saving crushing equipment to substitute imported equipment and meet the needs for the domestic large-scale mine.
 China's large-scale opencast mine may shift crusher station began in the 1990s. Broken only meet its performance than the soft coal and stripping of the broken, use was limited, can not meet the requirements of the use of mines. This thesis research and the efficient hammer crusher because of its unique structure on the merits, making production capacity, high hardness broken, broken than large, uniform size markers, too small to smash. Thus, the crusher is a broad future development of efficient broken equipment.
The layout having accomplished the complete machine external form putting the dyadic spirit face hammer crusher together designs the main body of a book, application and operating principle having introduced the type crusher of all kinds's, at present domestic crusher current situation and developing trend and, adopt the one-level cone tooth to reduce the speed combining with the broken ability and request; Condition having set forth a gear wheel becoming invalid; Hydraulic coincidence the implement operating principle; The coal moisture content breaks effect in process to being broken; Impact of the coal size over broken effect; Break the machinery be maintained to pieces.
