摘要
 泵是一类将原动机所做的功转化成功被输送流体的压力的势能和动能的流体机械。螺杆泵由于结构和工作特性,具有下列诸多优点: 能输送高固体含量的介质,流量均匀压力稳定,低转速时更为明显,流量与泵的转速成正比,因而具有良好的变量调节性,一泵多用可以输送不同粘度的介质,泵的安装位置可以任意倾斜。,适合输送粘性物品和易受离心力等破坏的物品,体积小,重量轻、噪声低,结构简单,维修方便等。
 单螺杆泵的基本工作原理:单螺杆泵是一种内啮合偏心回转的容积泵,泵的主要构件:一根单头螺旋的转子和一个通常用弹性材料制造的具有双关螺旋的定子,当转子在定于型腔内绕定子的轴线作行星回转时,转定子之间形成的密闭腕就沿转子螺线产生位移;因此就将介质连续地,均速地、而且容积恒定地从吸入口送到压出端。
 此次毕业设计的内容主要包括螺杆尺寸数值计算、结构件的选择以及螺杆泵的绘图这几方面。其中,螺杆泵的尺寸计算,主要是根据《单螺杆泵设计及实验性研究报告》中的方法来计算的:通过分析水力集合系数K1,K2及转速ns对泵性能曲线影响的对比试验 ,阐述泵性能变化规律;在归纳分析优秀水力模型基础上,运用数值分析方法拟合出系数K1,K2及泵容积效率计算公式,从而推导出泵螺杆直径D,导程T和偏心距e的计算公式。

Abstract

For example: urban water supply, agricultural drainage, irrigation; mining ventilation; metallurgical industry of gas, liquid delivery; and the oil industry, chemical industry and so on. According to statistics, the country's total electricity consumption species, pump 30% of power consumption. As technology advances, the scope of application of pump increasing, various applications of fluid mechanical parameters and reliability requirements have become more sophisticated, tend to focus on large capacity, high speed, high efficiency and automation. A wide variety of pumps, the design of the target volume of the screw pump to carry out research and design.
 Screw pump is turning to the use of screw liquid smoke emission. Screw to the middle of the initiative, motivated by the original rotation, the screw is driven on both sides of screw, with the initiative for the screw reverse rotation.
