摘  要

乳化液泵站是用来向综采工作面液压支架或高档普采工作面单体液压支柱等输送高压乳化液的设备,是机械化采媒工作面的主要装备之一。它是一种把机械能转变为液压能的能量转换装置。所以说,乳化液泵站是液压支架的动力源,它的好坏直接影响着液压支架的工作性能和使用效果。在实际工程中常用的液压泵有齿轮泵、叶片泵、螺杆泵和柱塞泵。其中柱塞泵是可以得到高压力、大流量的泵型之一。
论述了乳化液浓度自动配比的意义,针对目前的配比方法,根据理论分析和试验研究的基础上,提出了一种能满足液压支架等设备使用要求的新型乳化液自动配比装置。随着煤矿对乳化液浓度的要求提高,以及提高生产率的要求,以前的人工配液的方式已经不能满足实际生产的需求了,本装置就是为此而设计的。
总之,这套装置能很好的完成配比和及时补充乳化液的要求,对乳化液泵站及整个液压系统的正常工作起到了很好的保障作用。

ABSTRACT

It was mechanization pluck intermediary working face 'mostly fitted among out that emulsion pump station.The equip ment of the emulsion pump station be intended to put together pluck working face hydraulic support or top grade universal pluck working face monomer hydraulic prop wait transportation High Voltage solution. it was a sort of do with mechanical energy translate hydraulic energy 'energy conversion device.So said,emulsion pump station is hydraulic support' power supply,its stand or fall direct influence  hydraulic support double-shift work performance and validate fruit. Hgdraulic pumps has gear pump, vane pump, screw pump and piston pump are often used in practical using, and among of which piston pump is one type of pumps with higher pressure and larger delivery.
The article discusses the meaning of automatic formulating of emulsion concent ration , int roduces a new emulsion automatic formulating device satisfying the requirement s of equipment such as hydraulic supports in view of the present formulating methods and on the basis of theoretical analysis and experimental studies. The demand for improving and boosting productivity with the requisition for density of the emulsion of the colliery, the artificial way to mix the liquid in the past can’t already meet the demand produced actually, this device is designed for this.
In a word, the completion maching and supplementing the demand for the emulsion in time that this set of devices can be very good, play a very good guarantee arrivesing role to the normal work of the pump station of the emulsion and the whole hydranlic pressure system.
